SAG is fork compression when sat in riding position. Target: 15-20% XC, 20-25% trail, 25-30% enduro, 30-35% DH.
Without a pump
Place a zip-tie around the stanchion, mount the bike in riding position, hold 5 seconds, dismount, measure. Compare to target. If off target, you need a pump (25-50€) to adjust pressure.
