How to cut your waiting time
Arrive with a precise diagnosis: "the cassette slips under load on the three middle sprockets" saves far more time than "it's not working right".
Bring the part if you have it: removes the parts-order delay.
Bundle your work: get everything done in one visit rather than back-and-forth trips.
Avoid the peak: preventive servicing in winter spares you the spring queue.
