What fork oil does

Fork oil is the damping medium of your front suspension. It flows through calibrated orifices in the cartridge, and this hydraulic resistance controls compression and rebound speed.

More viscous = firmer damping.

How to choose

  • Under 65 kg: drop one grade from stock
  • 65-85 kg: stay at stock grade
  • Over 85 kg: go one grade up

When to change
